 Lotus watches

   1980 The lotus brand embarks on its course, with a strong focus on innovation in watch-making technology and design.

   1985 Lotus launches the first Lunar Phase watch, thus achieving its first major sales success. Thanks to the group, watches that used to be within the reach of only a few become accessible to all.

   1990 Lotus continues to innovate on the watch market and launches its more sporty range of watches. Bold chronographs for action sports.

   1992 Lotus launches its ‘Super Chrono’ watch range for the most adventurous types: a collection which features major technological advances and provides maximum accuracy, inspired by maritime and air navigation.

   1995 Lotus continues to innovate in the wake of the success of its first collection. This time it wagers for Titanium, a new hypoallergenic and highly resistant material. Lotus once again puts its watches within everyone's reach, providing access to materials such as Titanium which to date had been restricted to a minority of elitist brands.

   2003 Launch of Lotus 2gether in Spain. A unique collection which combines a ladies’ watch with a jewel, this is the first step towards the subsequent addition of the Lotus Style brand. 2003 Lotus Big, a collection that stands out thanks to the innovation of creating a large sized watch, carried by a strong and successful advertising campaign.

   2004 Launch of the novel and successful Lotus Shiny collection. A top-selling collection in Spain, with over one million watches sold, it was able to maintain its huge success for years to come. Lotus debuts at the Word Motorcycling Championships with the Fortuna-Honda-Lotus team in the 250cc category, its flag bearers the pilots Roberto Rolfo and Toni Elías.

   2005 The brand continues to grow. Lotus starts being commercialised in major markets, such as France, Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic. 2007 Lotus' great success: following over two years of research and technological development, Lotus launches the Lotus Code collection. With an attractive design and a variety of models for men and women, Lotus Code becomes one of its most successful and innovative collections to date.

   2008 Designed exclusively for the modern woman, Lotus launches its successful ladies’ collection, Lady Cool. A very broad collection of women’s watches with a wide variety of designs and finishes. Lotus continues to be present in the Motorcycle Racing World Championships. 2008 is filled with promises of success for Lotus who is the main sponsor of the 250cc Lotus-Aprilia team, co-sponsor of the 125 cc Belson-Derbi-Lotus team and personal sponsor of the GP Motorcycle category pilot Jorge Lorenzo.

   2011 Lotus continues to bring the latest trends within the reach of its customers. This year, it surprises us with the international launch of Lotus Silver, a brand with innovative Sterling Silver jewellery designs for women. An ambitious consumer who likes to have his/her own style in clothing and accessories alike. Those who use Lotus, they are not using 'just' a watch. They want an accessory with plenty of character, unique and different thanks to its technological innovation, the quality of the materials used and its design.    2012 The winning spirit and its leading position in the Spanish market lead the Lotus brand to the sponsoring of rider Marc Marquez, who becomes World Champion Moto 2 shortly after. In honor of this event Lotus creates a exclusive Marc Márquez Collection. To mark the arrival of a new era, predicted by the Mayan calendar, Lotus launches the "Enjoy" collection inspired by the concept of enjoying every second.

   2013 Lotus Launches the "Trendy" collection that expands the consumer group by focusing on fashionistas in their rows. Ideal for modern and urban woman seeking an accessory for all occasions.

   2014 Lotus introduced a special watch to celebrate the victory of Marc Márquez in the Moto GP World-championship, a limited edition of 2013 pieces. With this chronograph, Lotus further strengthens its presence in the world of motor sports in the hands of its legendary ambassador. It also launches the Lotus Marc Márquez Junior collection for children.
